Sussex Jewish News is eco-friendly

In April 2009, SJN took a giant step forward to launch the very first SJN digital online and interactive version of the magazine - SJN ONLINE.

SJN ONLINE encompasses all the benefits of an exciting modern and dynamic animated multimedia magazine - and also enables SJN to become more eco-friendly, cutting out printing, materials, posting, stationery (etc) - and we're also doing our small but important part in reducing the world's carbon emissions.

You can download and save each SJN magazine to your PC - print it out - email to share with family and friends - download to your laptop to read it on the move - enlarge print - and much more.

Sussex Jewish News magazine is available still in a printed version for readers without PC - and also in digital format.

In the last issue of Sussex Jewish News (February 2010 Issue):

• Polina Shepherd’s website www.polinashepherd.co.uk was correct on Page 2 but incorrect in the review of her CD Baym Takh

• although Yasmin Levy’s concert was correctly noted as being held on 13 February, in What’s On we should have referred to the date as being a Saturday

• we should also have noted in What’s On that the February programme of the Jewish Historical Society – Sussex Branch was to be led by Rabbi Elizabeth Tikvah Sarah on Rabbi Regina Jonas, the First Female Rabbi
